Find the right support path

Answers to common questions about courses, enrollment, payments, financial support, attendance, and student support.

Courses and enrollment

How do I enroll in Methodologies of the Prophets (AS)?

Open the course page, select Enroll Now, create or sign in to your AL-ISRA account, choose a class slot, and submit your request.

Am I enrolled immediately after I submit the form?

No. Your request is saved first. The AL-ISRA team reviews the enrollment, confirms the class arrangements, and then shares the next steps.

What language is used in the course?

The course is taught primarily in Urdu, with support for English-speaking students and families where needed.

Can students ask difficult or sincere questions?

Yes. The course is designed for respectful discussion, critical reflection, and sincere questions within an academically serious Islamic learning environment.

Payments and receipts

How will payment instructions be shared?

Payment instructions will be shared by email or WhatsApp after enrollment review and once the course start arrangements are confirmed.

Why are payment details not shown publicly yet?

AL-ISRA is still completing registration and banking arrangements. This keeps payment communication accurate and avoids sharing details that may change.

Financial support

Can I apply for financial support?

Yes. Students with genuine need may apply after beginning course enrollment. Sign in to your student dashboard, open Financial Support, and submit a request for the relevant course. Support is limited and reviewed individually by the AL-ISRA team. See the Financial Support page for policy details.

Accounts and contact

What should I do if I cannot sign in?

Check that your email is verified, use the password reset option if needed, or contact the AL-ISRA team for support.

How can I contact AL-ISRA?

Use the contact page, email contact@al-isra.com, or message AL-ISRA on WhatsApp at +92 304 9555138.
