Introduction of the prayer:
This prayer is from Surah Ar-Rum, verse: 30. In this verse Allah Kareem mentions: `so set your face and persevere in the religion which Allah has prescribed for you, the worship of Allah Alone, the religion of Ibrahim, to which Allah has guided you and which He has perfected for you with the utmost perfection. Then among some of them there emerged corrupt religions such as Judaism, Christianity and Zoroastrianism. It is reported from the prophet Muhammad (pbuh):
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Every child is born with a true faith of Islam (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) and his parents convert him to Judaism or Christianity or Magianism, as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. Do you find it mutilated?”(Sahih Al-Bukhari: 1385)
There is no change in Allah’s creation. That is the straight Faith, means Allah Kareem has made all human beings Muslim by their nature. In other words, all humans are born Muslims but it is the surroundings and the environment they live in make them astray from the righteous path.
It also means that the wrong environment can make one an infidel, but cannot eliminate his inherent capability to recognise the Truth. The humans are graced with a natural instinct and capability to recognise their Creator and submit to Him. This is what Islam is all about.
It contains an other meanings that no one can change the nature designed by Allah Kareem.
